How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

As soon as we’re done packaging your order, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number and then the courier will be notified to collect from us. You will receive and e-mail that your order is being shipped that day and you will be able to track the delivery on the Courier Guy homepage. Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e-mail address, delivery address, cellphone number etc.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service for more information.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on your account page. Visit orders and choose track and you will be redirected to thecourierguy.co.za and your tracking will be visible. Follow the instructions on how to track your order, you will be able to follow your order all the way to your house or delivery point.
